PNEUMATIC DRIER COMBINED WITH CENTRIFUGE Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC F26B17/10 

FIELD: drying of dispersed materials; microbiological, food-processing, chemical and other industries.

SUBSTANCE: proposed pneumatic drier combined with centrifuge has moist material loading bin with screw feeder, pneumatic tube, calorifier, fan and used air cleaning system; it is combined with transportation of product from vertical centrifuge at removal of sediment by knife; it includes drying agent (nitrogen for example) supply system, heater and condenser. Acoustic plant mounted at drier outlet is used for entrapping the dust; it is connected with cyclone and bin. Fan is mounted at cyclone outlet. Unloading unit is connected with cyclone bin.

EFFECT: increased productivity of drier.
