AEROFOUNTAIN DRIER Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC F26B17/10 

FIELD: drying of dispersed materials; microbiological, food-processing, chemical and other industries.

SUBSTANCE: proposed aerofountain drier has moist material loading bin with screw feeder, drying chamber, calorifier, fan and used heat-transfer agent cleaning system. Drying chamber is provided with inner cone located coaxially. Heat-transfer agent is fed by fan from mixing chamber to which heat-transfer agent is fed from calorifier and from recirculating system. Heat-transfer agent is delivered to chamber via two passages: first passage by lower branch pipe is coaxial relative to inner cone and second passage by side branch pipe is perpendicular relative to inner cone axis. Screw feeder is located in lower part of chamber near drying chamber inlet branch pipe; acoustic plant for entrapping the dust is mounted at drying chamber outlet and is connected with cyclone which is connected in its turn with unloading unit.

EFFECT: increased productivity of drier.
