FIELD: processes and equipment for drying dispersed materials, possibly in microbiological, chemical, food making and other industry branches.

SUBSTANCE: drum type vertical drier includes wet product loading apparatus having feeder; housing of drier; heater; blower. Housing of drier has jacket and discharging branch pipe, S-shaped hollow blade type agitator with drive unit and with openings turned to bottom of housing. Agitator is mounted on hollow shaft connected with pipeline of heat transfer agent (air or nitrogen). Products to be dried are placed on flat bottom of drier housing; in upper part of said housing hose filter is inserted. Said filter includes filtering members for trapping blown-off material at blowing product by means of heat transfer agent. Platform with filtering members is mounted on elastic disc type members for shaking it during regeneration process by means of vibration exciter. Waste heat transfer agent is fed to hose filter through acoustic apparatus secured to platform. Inlet branch pipe of acoustic apparatus is turned to agitator and its outlet branch pipe is communicated with open ends of filtering members.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of drier.
