FIELD: textile industry; devices for testing the stress relaxation of the textile materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is used for testing the stress relaxation of the textile materials at the fixed deformation. The given simplified design of the device allows to improve the accuracy of the measurements of the stress relaxation of the deformable materials. The device for testing of the deformation- relaxation properties of the easily deformable materials contains the heat chamber with the tools of feeding of the air-steam medium, the gear of loading of the material and also the means of measuring and conversion of the parameters of the stressed-deformed state of the easily deformable materials. As the measuring tool in the device use the pneumatic drive with the pneumatic cylinder, in the internal part of which there is the annular stop for fixation of the pneumatic piston in the starting position with the possibility of the hermetic sealing of the coupling rod cavity and the instant drop of the pressure in the piston cavity through the splined cutoffs of the piston. The coupling rod of the pneumatic cylinder is connected with the conditionally motionless clamp of the tested sample. The block of conversion of the parameters of the running value of the stress of the material defined by the values of relocation of the coupling rod of the pneumatic cylinder is connected through the block of conjugation with the microprocessor.

EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the given simplified design of the device improves the accuracy of the measurements of the stress relaxation of the deformable materials.
