FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises generator of forced oscillations of tested specimen, thermal chamber to apply heat effects on tested specimen, system to visualise resonance of intrinsic and forced oscillations, incorporating strobe tachometre with pulsed lamp and optical amplifier, data registration system comprising optoelectronic transducer with built-in processor and processor for computation and automatic writing of data parametres of strained state relaxation connected with data registration system via communication lines including match unit "AND" and interface unit, system to start forced oscillation generation and synchronise forced oscillation generator with strobe tachometre pulse lamp that cuts in temperature transducer built in thermal chamber and control unit connected with processor, as well as forced oscillation start unit.
EFFECT: higher reliability and accuracy of measurements.
