FIELD: electrical engineering; power supply systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed transformer has E-core, primary and secondary windings, hollow legs filled with magnetic fluid which communicate through pipeline and water pump with magnetic fluid tank. Core wall has holes providing communication between inner spaces of legs and atmosphere. Voltage U is picked off secondary winding leads for comparison device. The latter functions to compare this voltage with desired rating Ud.r and to feed respective signal to reversing switch controlling water pump depending on polarity of voltage deviation difference ±ΔU for pumping magnetic fluid into tank or pumping it out of the latter to leg hollows.
EFFECT: ability of stepless voltage regulation and its maintenance across transformer secondary winding leads.
