FIELD: engineering of devices for controlling electro-machine transformers.
SUBSTANCE: device contains current limiter, controller meter, powering divider, serially connected protection meter and protection amplifier, output signal of which is received at generator protection relay winding, while voltage from transformer generator output is received at inputs of controller meter and protection meter, signal from current sensor is received at input of current limiter, and input of powering divider is connected to accumulator battery, introduced additionally are serially connected signal adder, pulse-width modulator, galvanic decoupling unit and output cascade of controller, and also generator of saw-shaped voltage, first and second protection units with appropriate connections. At second input of output cascade of controller, voltage from transformer generator output is received, and from its output, control pulses are sent to generator excitation winding. Introduction of aforementioned signs allows to increase stability of output voltage of generator 4 times in comparison with prototype with alternation of generator load current between zero and 200 A. Output voltage of generator may change for 2,5% (10% for prototype).
EFFECT: increased stability of voltage at generator output.
