SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes onion and parsley root cutting, blanching, and chopping; carrot blanching and chopping; chicken meat cutting, roasting in melt butter, and chopping; fresh green pea freezing and chopping. Abovementioned components are blended with bone broth, wheat, table salt and CO2-extract from biomass of specific micromycete species. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tube, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
