FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: offered method provides for cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing pike fillet, cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing onions, freezing and mincing dill leaves, blanching and straining parsnip, browning wheat flour in melted butter, mixing the specified ingredients with egg powder, sour cream, white dry wine, lemon juice, fish broth, salt and CO2 - biomass extracts of the specified micromicet type, white pepper, hot black pepper and laurel. The mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, pressurized and sterilized.
EFFECT: method allows receiving tinned food for space feeding with enhanced digestibility.
