FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to suture the part of pliable elastic walls of residual cavity with crimping sutures, make incision of protruding fibrous membrane and cavitary part covered with a thin layer of hepatic parenchyma at about 30-40 mm against a crimped wall, moreover, one should develop the first fragment of lesser size from the side of the sutured wall and the second fragment of greater size from the side of the unsutured rigid cavitary wall. One should turn in a greater fragment inside towards unsutured wall to be sutured with mattress sutures. The lesser fragment should be sutured with mattress sutures towards the crimped wall. The innovation enables to increase reliability in cavitary liquidation.
EFFECT: shortened terms for healing.
