FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to tissue engineering, abdominal surgery, gastroenterology. Portion of the intestine is removed in the form of circular defect 2–3 cm long. As a bioresorbable intestinal transplant, an allogenic decellularised matrix (ADM) of rat intestinal tissue is implanted end-to-end in the form of a circularly laid flap through all layers of the intestinal wall forming a sleeve. Implant is covered with a membrane ADM made from an allogenic fibrous capsule of the kidney, and a loop of a greater omentum, which is fixed with serous-muscular sutures.
EFFECT: method provides regeneration of all layers of the wall of the small intestine without fibrosis, restoration of the physiological integrity of the small intestine with adequate vascular perfusion and innervation.
