FIELD: mechanical engineering; production of the hydrodynamic dispergator-emitters.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering and may be used for treatment of the liquids in the ultrasonic field, as well as for comminution of the mechanical impurities in the liquids, in the lubricating oils of the engines. The hydrodynamic dispergator-emitter contains the body consisting of two symmetric parts with the internal cavities. Each part has the lateral inlet pipelines and the common pipeline for withdrawal of the liquid. In the body with the variable lengthwise cross-section there are the adjustment needles mounted with the capability of the axial movement and symmetrically to each other, each of which is supplied with the sensitive component, for example, Bourdon tube. The sensitive components of the gear controlling the needles relocation are arranged in foramens of the body. The foramens are made in the body in the area of the narrowing part of the internal cavities. The additional foramens are located also in the area of the narrowing part of the internal cavities are made through for arrival of the air into the internal cavity. The deflector is installed with the capability of its axial motion opposite to the liquid withdrawal pipeline. The gear regulating displacement of the needles and the deflector is made unified. The technical result of the invention consists in the increased cavitation intensity and effectiveness of the process of the dispergation at the heavy flow rate (streams) of the liquid.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased cavitation intensity and effectiveness of the process of the dispergation at the heavy flow rate (streams) of the liquid.
