FIELD: grain materials grinding. SUBSTANCE: rotor dispergator has body, that has stator in the form of nozzle apparatus and rotor in the form of working wheel of centrifugal pump with blades bent forward in direction of rotation, and also has peripheral ring of activator with system of canals, located in plane of rotation. Canals are made cylindrical so that their axes are mainly perpendicular to direction of liquid motion, that exits from nozzles. Due to rotor and nozzle apparatus speed of liquid (suspension) exit is significantly increased and presence of ring-activator allows to realize in input part of canals process of particles destruction during their hitting solid wall and each other. Conditions for cyclical decrease and increase of pressure are formed there and that allows to realize process of cavitation destruction of particles.
