FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: electric activator has coaxially arranged electrodes, a semi-permeable diaphragm between the said electrodes, bottom and top collector heads with hydraulic channels, tightened by threaded joints. The electrode which is fitted vertically and functioning as the housing has a hollow cylindrical shape. An electrode in form of a rod with left-sided auger-type winding is fitted inside the hollow cylinder, separated from it by the semi-permeable diaphragm. The top collector head, which functions as an inlet, is Archimedes' spiral shaped and has a locking-adjusting device. The bottom collector head is Archimedes' spiral shaped, functions as the outlet and has a locking-adjusting device. A terminal under a nut of the threaded joint is used to connect electric potential to the said rod. A bus is provided for connecting electric potential to the housing. Electrodes are made from stainless steel, collector heads are made from dielectric material, Archimedes' spirals are left-sided and the outside of the housing is covered by dielectric material.
