FIELD: glass industry; the methods and devices for bending of the glass products.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method and the device for bending and annealing or hardening of the glass panel bent in two directions. The technical result of the invention consists in the bending of the glass panel in the direction of the movement and in the direction of the sagging, at that the radiuses of the curvature in the both directions are gradually decreasing. The glass panel is heated up and transferred atop the horizontal conveyor rollers, which form the bending device. Bending in the direction of the sagging is exercised by flexing of the conveyor rollers by turning the lever components, on which the bearings are consolidated and which one by means of the bearing systems apply the gradually increasing bending moment to the rotating rollers. The ends of the conveyor rollers are revolving inside the bearings of lever components.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the bending of the glass panel in the direction of the movement and in the direction of the sagging with the gradually decreasing radiuses of the curvature in the both directions.
