FIELD: mechanical engineering; lubrication systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device is designed for dispensing lubricating materials in lubrication systems. Distributor has valve piston with hole which can move from initial position in which hole releases connection between distributing chamber and metering chamber through connecting channel under pressure of lubricating material set at intake hole to overcome resistance of first pull-back spring into metering position in which valve piston releases pass hole from intake hole for lubricating material to connecting channel and thus to metering chamber, and distributing piston which, under action of lubricating material delivered into metering chamber can move to overcome resistance of second pull-back spring from initial position. Thanks to it, definite amount of lubricating material in distributing chamber found between valve piston and distributing piston is forced out through outlet hole.
EFFECT: improved reliability.
