SUBSTANCE: manual applicator for targeted application of a soft dosage form directly to the scalp and other areas of the body contains an applicator head with at least one elongated dispensing nozzle for contacting the skin of the scalp and other areas of the body; an applicator body where the container with the drug is placed; a pump assembly comprising at least one pump chamber having an inlet for drug reception from the drug container and an outlet for drug discharge to the dispensing nozzle in the applicator head. The actuator is configured to function with the pump chamber to pump the drug dose into the chamber through the outlet and supply the suitable drug dose from the dispensing nozzle to the skin of the scalp or another body area. The applicator head has an applicator surface for spreading the supplied drug over the treated area of the body. A system for soft dosage forms dispensing, an applicator cartridge, a manual applicator version, an applicator system for targeted application of a soft dosage form, and a method for soft dosage form delivery to the scalp skin are disclosed.
