FIELD: communication devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and communication and can be used as a functional part of different devices for amplifying analogue signals, in analogue microcircuits for different functional purposes (for example, operational amplifiers, comparators). The current mirror has an input (1) and an output (2) transistor with combined bases, first auxiliary transistor (3), the base of which is connected to the collector of transistor (1) and input (4) of the current mirror. The collector of transistor (3) is connected to the emitter of transistor (1), and the emitter is connected to the first bias source (5). The collector of transistor (2) is connected to the output (7) of the current mirror. The circuit also has a transistor (8), the base of which is connected to the base of transistor (3), the collector of which is connected to the emitter of transistor (2) and is connected to the second bus (10) of the power supply through the first additional current stabilising two-terminal element (9). The bases of the input (1) and output (2) transistors are connected to an additional bias voltage source (11). The emitter of transistor (1) is connected to the bus of the second power supply (10) through the second additional current stabilising element (12). The first bias source (5) used is a voltage source, connected to the bus (6) of the first power supply.
EFFECT: more accurate transmission of current, reduced zero bias voltage, increased damping coefficient of input in-phase signal.
