FIELD: process for increasing volume and aromatizing of tobacco stem.

SUBSTANCE: method involves extracting mixture of brandy mint and apple pomace using liquid carbon dioxide; separating miscella to be used for impregnation and expanding of moistened tobacco stem. Base product may be used as part of mix for tobacco smoking articles in an amount exceeding 30% since it does not impart cellulose taste to said articles.

EFFECT: provision for producing of tobacco stem having increased volume.
