SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting necessary correction of patellar ligament's position at surgical treatment of its dislocations. In the course of the technique suggested at the level of central departments of patellar bed and at the level of fixing patellar ligament towards tibial tuberosity one should carry out computed tomography, the pictures obtained should be combined by applying one above another to make a line upon the newly created picture that passes through tibial center patellar bed's center and the second line - through tibial center and the center of the site of patellar ligament's fixation towards tibial tuberosity, then it is necessary to draw the line between the center of patellar bed and the center of the site of patellar ligament's fixation towards tibial tuberosity and according to the distance between the sites of this line crossing with the first two ones one should detect the value of necessary medialization of the site of patellar ligament's fixation towards tibial tuberosity.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
