SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating patients with pathology of knee joint by providing the rupture of patellar own ligament due to its mechanical fixation during the period of elaborating movements in knee joint. The above-mentioned result has been achieved due to surgical resetting patellar dislocation: knee joint should be fixed with the help of apparatus, and patella - with needles applied from the side of the upper pole obliquely-longitudinally, at intersection in frontal plane which should be withdrawn outwards, by rounding patellar own ligament, at the level of its fixation site.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
