SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in the treatment of patients with destructive-dystrophic lesions of the patellofemoral joint. A linear longitudinal incision of the skin from the upper pole of the patella to the distal border of the tuberosity of the tibia is performed and its osteotomy and fixation with cortical screws to the proximal metaepiphysis of the tibia is carried out. The lateral and medial ligaments supporting the patella from its proximal part are cut off out of joint, then mobilization, stitching, movement of the free ends of the severed ligaments in the distal direction and their intraosseous anchor fixation, respectively, to the lateral and medial surfaces of the lower third of the patella are performed.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of early activation in the postoperative period, reduces the duration of the rehabilitation period, and also provides uniform decompression of the patellofemoral joint due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
