SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out non-penetrating deep sclerectomy and the deep layer of scleral fibers, forming separated triangular sclera flap bottom, is fenestrated. Horizontal scleral incisions are formed 3 mm far from the limb on lateral triangle sides along two horizontal notches in sclera reaching ciliary body in depth. The following actions are carried out through the horizontal scleral incisions. Viscoelastic is introduced under the sclera. Tunnel is built under the whole surgical intervention zone. The anterior chamber is opened in lateral regions of the surgical intervention zone. Draining space unit is implanted under sclera through each opened area as biologically inert biocompatible material strip. Proximal end of each draining space unit is introduced into the anterior chamber and the distal one is brought under sclera to the vascular tunic surface. Each draining space unit is fixed with interrupted suture near the lateral boundary of horizontal scleral incision. The triangular sclera flap is cut near its base and superficial tetragonal flap is fixed with two interrupted sutures.

EFFECT: high stability of hypotensive effect.
