FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves intraoperationally setting two-way in- and outflow continuous artificial urinary bladder irrigation system via urethra. The first tube for irrigating the urinary bladder and the second one for discharging its contents are set through the urethra. The tubes are fixed in prepuce or greater sexual lip and the artificial urinary bladder is tightly sutured.
EFFECT: rapid disinfection; improved intestinovesicular or intestinourethral anastomoses.
