Then, a heterotopic reservoir is formed laparoscopically from the ileum with its distal end being removed to the anterior abdominal wall.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent relapse and suppuration in the postoperative period, minimize injury, reduce blood loss not exceeding 50 ml, quickly activate the patient, reduce the need for postoperative analgesia.
