FIELD: flotation concentration of minerals, possibly used at processing ore and non-ore raw materials.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of conditioning initial raw material in pulp with reagents; aeration of pulp by means gas bubbles of flotation size; flotation process; treating pulp at flotation process by means of separate acoustic oscillations; producing concentrate. Pulp is treated by means of separate acoustic pulses whose frequency and duration are set according given relationships.
EFFECT: lowered consumption of energy due to reduced amplitude of irradiator oscillations and power of acoustic pulse generator used for creating acoustic oscillations in pulp while keeping high quality of concentrate due to high selectivity of extraction of desired mineral.
