FIELD: processing of ore and non-ore raw materials.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes conditioning of starting raw material in pulp with reagents, mixing of pulp and aeration of pulp in floatation chambers followed by floatation for obtaining the concentrate; concentrate samples are taken periodically and are sieved by size classes; size class where content of particles of rock is maximum shall be determined. Pulp is mixed in concentrate cleaning floatation chambers. Intensity of mixing of pulp till next sampling of concentrate depends on rate of dissipation of energy which is determined by definite dependence.
EFFECT: improved quality of concentrate due to enhanced selectivity of extraction of particles of required mineral at retained volume of extraction; simplified construction of floatation machine.
