FIELD: concentration of minerals.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to concentration of minerals and may be used at processing of the ore and nonmetallic raw material. The technical result is increased selectivity of extraction of the useful component and production of a better concentrate at preservation of a capability of its extraction. The method provides for conditioning of a feed stock in a mash with reagents, aeration of the mash, a random sampling of the concentrate, their dispersion by grades of size, determination of the grade of size, in which the share of waste rock is maximum and till the next sampling - treatment of the mash by sound vibrations with a frequency equal to a frequency of own vibrations of a waste rock particles from the found grade of size, concentration and production of a concentrate. The mash is treated with sound vibrations with a frequency f* of own vibrations of a waste rock particles from the found grade of size taken on the surface of the boundary of phases “ gas - a liquid ”, containing a condensed film of non-polar reagent, for example - lubricant. At that the frequency f*is determined from the defined dependence.
EFFECT: the invention ensures increased selectivity of extraction of the useful components, production of a better concentrate at preservation of a capability of its extraction.
