FIELD: acoustic engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises pressure-tight housing, electromechanical piezoelectric converter, and lever mechanism. The housing is provided with the movable plates arranged oppositely one with respect to the other and connected with the unmovable base via a seal made of bellows. The plates are provided with lever mechanisms made of levers turned around the axis of symmetry of the structure by 180°. The levers are interposed between the movable and unmovable sections of the housing. The electromechanical converter sets the plates in motion by affecting the mid parts of the levers.

EFFECT: reduced cost enhanced operation capabilities.
