FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: bending hydroacoustic transducer with a barrel-shaped side wall of a hermetic body, having a maximum average diameter and thickness in the middle of the longitudinal axis of symmetry and a minimum average diameter and thickness at the ends, was proposed, corrugated along the longitudinal axis of symmetry with a variable amplitude, decreasing to the flanges of the case, holding the end caps with an active element located between them.
EFFECT: increased electroacoustic efficiency, maximum specific acoustic power and resistance to external hydrostatic pressure, reducing the spread of electroacoustic parameters and simplifying the assembly of the transducer.
