SUBSTANCE: method involves directing laser beam having wave length of 9-11 μm in the form of sequence of pulses having 0.1-100.0 J energy. Pulse frequency is 0.01-30 kHz. Pulse duration is not more than 100 microseconds.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and rate of icicle removal.
