SUBSTANCE: method involves performing temperature monitoring of surface to be controlled; treating liquid if liquid temperature falls to value corresponding to liquid crystallization initiation by causing deformations in surface to be controlled. Absolute deformation magnitude is not less than dimensions of primary crystallization centers in freezing liquid and deformation magnitude is not less than 10 nm, deformation frequency is not less than 0.01 Hz. Surface to be controlled is deformed by forming flexible waves having amplitudes of not less than 10 nm and frequency of not less than 0.01 Hz in article material. Piezoelectric oscillators, magnetostrictors and electric magnets may be used for above method implementation.
EFFECT: reduced roof maintenance costs, reduced cost of anti-icing works.
