FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication equipment and can be used to provide data transmission/reception and voice information to remote aircraft. In order to achieve the technical result, the ground-based air communication system is provided with a ground-based station of UHF2 range, a lightning protection module, a cryptographic protection unit, automated workstations of a communication operator and command-and-information exchange, a receiver of global navigation satellite systems.
