FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making access to spinal arc articulations of low thoracic and lumbar vertebrae with skin incision, subcutaneous cellular tissue incision, cutting fascial surface, laminating musculus longissimus and musculus multifidus to spinal arc articulations. Superficial leaflet of thoracolumbar fascia is cut along supraspinal ligament from spinous process top. The ligament is bluntly displaced in lateral direction and muscles are laminated. The like manipulations are done on both sides of the spinous process.
EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications.
