FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: single non-free bone and ligamentous blocks of two adjacent vertebrae are formed in the spinal cord cone localization projection, where the dorsal roots of caudal segments are located at the point of entry into the dorsolateral sulcus. Plates of adjacent vertebrae aches in the upper portion thereof for the proximal vertebra, and the lower portion thereof for the distal vertebra are not dissected along the entire thickness, but only to the cancellous bone level. Thus formed single non-free bone and ligamentous blocks are folded and fixed by a rack retractor opening the operative field.
EFFECT: method provides a clear view for intrachannel manipulation, can reduce the risk of trophic loss and bone and ligamentous unit separation.
