FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely manufacture of thin-wall bent pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of adding to filler including water wooden dust in such proportion to water that to increase volume of filler after freezing it till desired temperature and to achieve desired compression strength of filler without changing tube shape before starting its bending; then freezing blank with filler. Bending is realized in tube bending apparatus.
EFFECT: improved quality of tube and efficiency of method.
