FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: hammer consists of anvil block and stands with guide lines, in which hammer head in installed. Subcylinder plate with hydraulic cylinder is installed in stands. Plunger cavity of hydraulic cylinder is connected to accumulator. The hammer also includes accumulator receiver, top and bottom drain tanks and pump unit. Rotary valve is installed in subcylinder plate. The stand has thrust and hingedly mounted control handle in the form of double shoulder lever. On one shoulder of double shoulder lever of handle double shoulder lever is hingedly installed with thrust. The latter interacts with thrust of stand. One shoulder of double-shoulder lever with thrust is connected with rotary valve. The second shoulder is made as curvilinear and interacts with hammer head. Piston cavity of hydraulic cylinder is connected with outlet of discharge passage and inlet of drain passage of rotary valve, and also with accumulator, pump and top drain tank. Plunger cavity is connected with inlet of valve discharge passage, accumulator and pump.
EFFECT: improves effectiveness; reduction of noise level during hammer operation and simplification of its control.
