FIELD: manufacture of ceramic materials for production of acid-resistant articles.
SUBSTANCE: slag of precipitating melting of antimony raw material at content of glass phase of 85-90% is added to ceramic mix containing high-fusing clay, pyrophyllite and waste melts of vanadium reactors at the following ratio of components, mass-%: high-fusing clay, 45-60; pyrophyllite, 30-37; slag of precipitating melting of antimony raw material at content of glass phase of 85-90%, 7-10; waste melts of vanadium reactors, 3-8. Use of technogenious raw material for production of acid-resistant materials makes it possible to utilize industrial waste.
EFFECT: reduced water absorption; enhanced mechanical strength; extended sources of raw materials; enhanced environment control.
