SUBSTANCE: new bacterium regulone content is predicted by comparison of regulatory signals cluster content and hierarchical structure of said cluster formation process obtained by treatment of collective motives of regions before orthological genes by using clustering algorithm. Such clustering algorithm includes building of regulatory signal binary tree by iterative process, clustering of regulatory signals, isolation of statistically significant position of nucleotide sequences, determination of significance threshold thereof, clustering algorithm correction and brushing off erroneous predicted sites.
