SUBSTANCE: of methyonon biosynthesis rout in related corynebacteria genomes is forecasted on the base of screening of possible binding sites of McbR regulone among predicted and suggested regulatory regions before genes of enzymes, participated in methyonon biosynthesis and orthologs of methyonon biosynthesis rout in corynebacteria genomes, as well as determination of operone composition. Obtained data are represented in form of table of gene compatibility to possible binding sites of McbR regulone and related corynebacteria genomes and diagram of McbR regulone operone structure. Participates and courses pf methyonon biosynthesis rout are forecasted by position comparison of content of said table and diagram.

EFFECT: improved method for prognosis of methyonin biosynthesis rout in related corynebacteria; large-scale methyonin production of decreased cost.
