FIELD: casting alloys based on intermetallic compound Ni3Al and products manufactured by investment casting and having monocrystalline structure, such as rotary and nozzle blades of gas turbine engines used in aviation industry.
SUBSTANCE: alloy contains, wt%: Al 8.2-8.6; Cr 4.8-5.2; Mo 2.5-3.0; W 2.0-2.4; Ti 1.2-1.5; C 0.001-0.02; Re 0.05-1.2; La 0.015-0.3; Ta 1.2-1.6; Zr 0.05-0.5; Ni the balance. Resultant alloy has increased fire resistance and short-term strength at temperature of 1,200 C and cyclical thermal stability of 200↔1,200 C at heating and cooling.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and prolonged service life of products manufactured from alloy based on intermetallic compound Ni3Al.
