FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to casting intermetallide alloys based on Ni3Al and to articles fabricated via precision casting process using consumable patterns having polycrystalline structure. These articles can be nozzle blades, nozzle apparatus spacers, large-size shutters, and other parts of gas turbine engines in aircraft and automobile industries. Ni3Al-based alloy is composed of, wt %: Al 8.0-9.0, Cr 4.5-6.5, W 2.0-4.2, Mo 2.5-4.5, Ti 1.0-2.0, C 0.10-0.18, Hf 0.40-0.60, Ni - the rest. Alloy is characterized by elevated short-time strength at 1200-1250°C, heat resistance at 1200°C, and working temperatures.
EFFECT: increased temperature of gas before turbine, performance of articles, and prolonged lifetime thereof.
