FIELD: hydraulic structures, particularly permitting fish passage through support structures to fish hatchery and growth areas.
SUBSTANCE: fish-passing device comprises bottom fish-guiding baffles inclined to fish-passing canal and to longitudinal axis thereof in plane view. Baffle from upper pool side adjoins side wall thereof. Lower end parts of baffles are located in different waterway cross-sections. Guiding walls are connected to end parts of bottom fish-guiding baffles facing fish-passing canal inlet and define fish-guiding channels. Each downstream bottom fish-guiding baffle has height decreasing in waterway direction. Bottom recesses are created past downstream side of bottom fish-guiding baffles so that the recesses create independent channels with bottom marks located below that of lower baffles ends. Bottom fish-passing baffles are symmetric about longitudinal axis of fish-passing canal. End parts of guiding walls are shifted with respect to each other and are in different waterway cross-sections. Inner side walls thereof create additional independent channel having axis coinciding with longitudinal fish-passing canal axis.
EFFECT: improved hydraulic fish-attractive conditions.
