FIELD: hydraulic engineering, particularly fish passes for permitting fish-breeder access through supporting structures to hatchery and fish growth places.
SUBSTANCE: channel includes fish pass with increased roughness members distributed along length thereof. Pass connects upper and lover pools of hydro-system by inlet and outlet heads. Stream forming means with guiding walls, which forms independent conduit are formed in outlet head station. Guiding walls of stream forming means are made as curvilinear dam members with rear ends arranged in inlet head of fish pass. Front ends of dam members are located in water passage for creating bottom independent conduits attractive for fish, which guides fish immediately in inlet channel part.
EFFECT: enhanced hydraulic conditions in zone of inlet head influence due to creating stable tactile marks for fish in the form of curvilinear fish-attractive dam members.
