FIELD: roasting.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises measuring the flow rate of the fuel, raw material, instantaneous weight of the fixed volume of the raw material on the belt of batcher, temperature of the roasted material at the output of the furnace, and temperature of exhaust gases discharged from the furnace. The flow rate is stabilized by correcting the temperature of the roasted material at the furnace exit, stabilizing the temperature of the gases discharged from the furnace by means of change of the position of the deflecting devices of the smoke pump, stabilizing the flow rate of the raw material charged into the furnace, and correcting the deviation of the current instantaneous weight of the raw material on the belt of the batcher from the computed mean value for a given time period.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
