SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of consumption of fuel and raw material, exhaust gas temperature in dust chamber and in gas duct, setting temperature in dust chamber, stabilization of actual consumption of fuel, calculation of rate of change in temperatures in dust chamber and in gas duct, average rate of change of temperature in dust chamber, rising of temperatures in dust chamber and in gas duct, average temperature in dust chamber, predicted magnitude of temperature in dust chamber, difference between average and present temperatures in dust chamber, average consumption of raw material during last sixty and five minutes; required preset charge of furnace is determined by calculated final parameters and command is furnished to actuating mechanism for control of furnace charge.
