SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fresh white cabbage cutting and freezing; carrot, turnip, and apple grating; bay scallop meat blanching and cutting; green onion cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with canned green pea, lemon juice, table salt, and calcium or magnesium glutamate. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with sour cream, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
