FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production method for canned appetizers. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. Scallop meat is blanched and cut, fresh ornamental cabbages are chopping and frozen, carrots, rutabaga and apples are grated, green onion is cut. Listed components are mixed with canned green peas, lemon juice, salt and calcium or magnesium glutamate. Produced mixture and sour cream are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to get new type of canned food using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.
