SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, fresh white cabbages chopping and freezing, carrots, turnip and apples grating, sea scallop meat blanching and cutting, spring onion cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with preserved green peas, lemon juice and salt, the produced mixture and sour cream packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
