FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has handle, dielectric tube with working end and string. The string is enclosed in the tube working part having frontal V-shaped curve. Loop for supplying electric current is connected to handle with one of its ends and allows lateral deflection when retracting the string from the dielectric tube. The string is covered with insulating flexible coating layer. The string and insulating coating layer is fixed on the dielectric tube working end. The insulating coating layer has gap for retracting the string from the dielectric tube and moving the V-shaped loop curve aside. Loop curve segments having insulating coating layer serve for setting limit to string immersion into organ wall. The handle is connectable to electric surgical unit.
EFFECT: accelerated procedure accomplishment; adjustable working area size; controllable working area immersion into organ wall.
